I'm Christine, and I'm glad you're here.

I was  born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm a licensed mental health counselor, a Pisces, and a self-identified "weird kid". This part of my identity came from obscure hobbies to difficulty fitting in. This was seen in my penchant for the strange and unusual over any sort of organized group activity while growing up. 

One fateful day in middle school we were tasked with researching a career we held interest in, and I presented my crudely drawn Sigmund Freud in Armchair, colored pencil on poster, 18" x 24". Thus, my path to the mental health field was solidified.

Meanwhile, I was also learning a lot about my own neurodivergence and found my personal mantra in the quote above. A lot of my passion comes from feeling "othered" in my own life. These non-traditional pastimes turned out not be be a phase, and I wanted to use that same drive to fight the stigma of mental illness and I began to find my niche. I am LGBTQIA+, Polyamorous, Kink, and Pagan Allied.
